The Alpha Tau Omega Fraternity offers students an environment where
students can interact with fellow brothers to build lasting
friendships. The chapter is bound by strict rules and watched over
by the brothers themselves. We currently have a zero-tolerance policy
for any actions detrimental to the standard that Alpha Tau Omega has set
on the SU Campus in recent years. Members found violating these rules will be punished accordingly.
The chapter is designed to be a place where brothers can interact
freely among each other, as well as strive for their
academic and professional achievements. In addition, brothers may
choose to participate in leadership roles to help run the chapter as
one of many available executive positions. The roles carries
important tasks that help shape students to face real-life
challenges and responsibilities. The social connection from Alpha
Tau Omega can also be an extremely valuable asset to students
especially during junior and senior years; Older brother often help
these potential graduates with job-finding, internships, and other
professional advices to gain an edge in facing the "real world."
Finally, the chapter dedicates itself to numerous community
service projects at local Syracuse areas. For more information
about the chapter, please feel free to contact the chapter president, Stefan Johnson,
